Cancellation, Refund, and Exchange Policy

Training

Training cancellations must be requested at least 30 days before the class date. No refunds or credit transfers will be granted if cancellation occurs within 30 days of the class date. All cancellations will be processed with a 50% cancellation fee. Rescheduling an enrolled training course to a different date or transferring credit to another class may be available at NPD’s discretion (however, the 30-day policy still applies). No refund or transfer of tuition will be offered to students who fail to attend class, are asked to leave the class by the instructor, or decide to leave before the conclusion of the class. Exceptions will only be made for the most extenuating of circumstances. A student may request a refund of their tuition via email at northernpanhandledefense@gmail.com (please include your name, order number, class, and date of class in the email).

In the event that Northern Panhandle Defense must cancel a class, a full refund or credit towards another class will be given to students according to their desire.

Other Items

You may cancel your non-training order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided your order has not been shipped. Product returns, refunds, and exchanges will be considered on an individual basis at NPD’s discretion. If your product is fulfilled by NPD and arrives damaged, flattened, or broken, feel free to reach out to us and we will work to make it right.
